Meet Erin

With over 15 years of experience in Nashville’s real estate market, Erin Krueger brings wide-ranging knowledge and expertise to her clients. She originally began her career in advertising and marketing negotiating licensing contracts with New York City-based companies. Erin’s executive level experience in corporate advertising and marketing has been instrumental in positioning her and her team as leaders within the Middle Tennessee Real Estate arena. Erin has been ranked #1 in TN and #15 in the Nation for selling the most homes. She then parlayed that success into growing a successful real estate team. Currently her team is nationally ranked in the top 200 teams in the country. She has been honored with top sales awards within her association and industry and has sold over half a billion dollars in real estate in her career. In 2019, her team sold over 500 homes and nearly $150 million in real estate. In 2020 her team continued to sell hundreds of homes in the face of Covid and shelter in place. These challenges allowed the team to pivot with virtual showings thereby selling out communities that were sitting before their team had been the sales team of record. After the travel restrictions were lifted Erin saw an increase of those relocating from all over the US. The team quickly started targeting areas of California, Chicago, New York and New Jersey to direct buyers to their listings thereby selling them through their strategic marketing efforts. This has resulted in a surplus of buyers looking for $2million plus homes in the Nashville area.
